Prior to an issue of project HISCO takes a case study of the
project which it is Undertaking.
HISCO retrieves valuable information on condition of the country
such as society, culture, law, politics.
Client inquiries and requests from engineering companies are
directly accounted for customer satisfaction.
Ongoing project
On receipt of inquiry sales and technical division get into the quotation
reflecting the specification. At this step variable factors are considered
even that engineering company could not expect.
In a meeting with the client, the engineering company, the specifications
are reaffirmed and a purchase order is issued as a confirmation
of the contract. The project manager then arranges possible timetables
and reviews the specification in response to unexpected factors that
may hinder the progress of the project.
Upon completion of the products, the inspection proceeds accompanied
with QC and an inspector to supervise the process.
The production is delivered after the project is clear for delivery.
Project complete
When the project is completed final data book is submitted. The project
goes to next step, operating and maintenance when the document
